Don Kennedy, the founder and owner of Don Kennedy Roofing, is keenly aware of the “value of a minute.”

“We don’t make a dime measuring roofs,” says Don. “The only time we make money is when we’re in front of the customer selling. Every minute you spend doing something else is simply diluting your income and decreasing your pay.”
